Return & Replacement Policy
We aim to deliver quality products, but occasionally, an issue may arise. To maintain trust and ensure customer satisfaction, we provide a return and replacement option for products that arrive damaged, broken, or with any defect.
Return Eligibility:
- You may return a product if it is damaged, torn, or defective upon delivery. We encourage customers to inspect the product in the presence of the delivery person.
- If the product is different from the displayed photo, or if there is any visible defect such as tears, stains, or color differences, it can be returned immediately. (Note that minor color variations may occur due to lighting or camera differences.)
- If you cannot inspect the product immediately upon delivery, please record an unboxing video without any cuts to show any defect.
- For minor issues, customers can either return the defective product for a new one or receive compensation if the defect is verifiable via the unboxing video.
Time Frame for Returns:
- Report any defect within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with sufficient evidence (e.g., video, photo).
- We do not accept returns or exchanges if there is no defect in the product.
Conditions for Return & Replacement:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags intact.
- Any promotional items provided with the product must also be returned.
- Returns are subject to inspection. If deemed valid, the product will be replaced or refunded.
- If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are processed after the product inspection is complete.
- Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- For payments made via credit card, debit card, mobile banking, or bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the respective account. COD refunds are only applicable if payment has been made.
